12-14 Sep 2019 Lausanne (Switzerland)

Please prepare an extended abstract (2-4 pages, 800-1000 words, potentially including tables or figures) or submit a full paper through the submission site.

The extended abstract should be sufficiently detailed to allow the organizers to judge the merits of the paper, including a clear description of the research question, the theoretical framework, data, research design and methods as well as the main findings.

All submissions are subject to peer review by the scientific committee. The priority goes to theoretically-based empirical studies in sociology. For this reason, we encourage authors to include at least some empirical results in their submission.

Submission process: please include up to 5 keywords, add a short abstract (maximum of 150 words), choose the preferred format (oral/poster) and indicate the name of the author who will present the paper. Please do not submit more than two papers per (first) author. The number of oral presentations given by an author should not exceed one.

Posters: we welcome poster submissions. A panel of experts will award a prize of 200€ to the best poster of the conference.
